81 Dalnabay is a 2 bedroom, detached bungalow which can accommodate 5 people and is situated in the exclusive Dalnabay area of Aviemore.
The modern house, which recently has been refurbished, is tastefully decorated with all the comforts of modern living along with a colourful heather garden and secluded patio area with views of the Cairngorms.
There is a spacious lounge/dining room furnished with 2 comfy leather sofas, log effect electric fire, colour TV, DVD, VCR, portable CD player and a bay window with views of the mountains. There is also a wide selection of DVD movies and board games to assist with relaxation.
There is a double bedroom and a twin room containing full size bunks and a occasional bed is also provided. Fitted carpets throughout.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/drier, extensive crockery and utensils etc.
The bathroom has bath, shower and vanity units and there is a second WC with wash hand basin and vanity unit.
All bed linen is provided. One pet allowed by arrangement. This is a no smoking house with private off street parking on the driveway for 2 cars.
There is also a large lockable shed at the rear of the house for the storage of bicycles and other sports equipment. |
